This monumental humidor trunk was made by Cremo Cigars to house and advertise the company's famed cigars in tobacco shops. The trunk remains in fantastic condition, featuring a polychrome exterior and Cremo's logo and famed slogan "Always in Perfect Condition", while the lockable lid can be opened to reveal a spacious metal-lined interior.

Founded in the early 20th century by George Washington Hill, Cremo cigars quickly became America's number one cigar brand, crafting their products using the latest rolling techniques and fine tobacco from the Caribbean. Wanting his cigars to be the most popular, Hill embarked upon a marketing campaign that included the creation of painted wall advertisement murals and retail pieces, such as this humidor trunk. Cremo became so popular, that the brand held a prominent place in the legendary Bing Crosby's afternoon radio show in the 1930s, with the crooner becoming the first of many Cremo radio sponsors. Today, this humidor trunk stands as not only as the perfect collectible for cigar aficionados but also admirers of American advertising history.
