This set of silver-gilt Chrysanthemum oval bowls by Tiffany & Co. would be a grand addition to any fine dining affair. The gilding is quite fitting for this exquisite  pattern since the word "chrysanthemum" derives from the Ancient Greek chrysos (gold) and anthemon (flower). The golden wash punctuates the intricacy of the skillfully chased and applied namesake blooms, effectively drawing the eye to the undeniable artistry of this time-honored Tiffany pattern.

These bowls are engraved with full Tiffany & Co. silver marks, including the initial "m" for John C. Moore, dating these bowls between 1907-1947.
