This incredible world time brass wall clock was crafted by the famed Patek Philippe. The clock is modeled after the firm's reference 5110 World Time wristwatch, considered among Patek Philippe's most revered creations. These larger wall clock models were part of a series created as promotional support for the launch of the reference 5110 in the year 2000 and distributed to a select few of the most prestigious Patek Philippe official retailers in the world, making them an extreme rarity on the market.

The clock features a 24-hour international world time dial with a concentric rings mechanism patented by Louis Cottier that allows for an immediate visual of the time in every time zone of the world at once. It tells the time on a silvered world time dial with applied brass batons and brass hands, and it displays 24 cities listed on the outer edge of the white dial. An electromechanical movement with a lithium battery powers the clock, which displays the lasting quality and style of this legendary Swiss firm.

Patek Philippe is one of the world’s premier luxury brands and is widely regarded as the world's most prestigious watchmaker. Founded in 1851 by Polish watchmaker Antoni Patek and French watchmaker Adrien Philippe, the company quickly acquired an excellent reputation for its precision watches. Credited with popularizing the perpetual calendar, split-seconds hand, chronograph and minute repeater in watches, Patek's client list included the likes of Queen Victoria, King Victor Emanuel III of Italy, King Christian IX of Denmark, Pope Pius IX and Albert Einstein. This world time wall clock is exemplary of the artistry and craftsmanship that sets apart Patek Philippe creations.
