A stunning 1.14-carat ruby shines with its signature red hue at the center of this ring. The emerald-cut gemstone is certified by the Gemological Institute of America as unheated and Burmese in origin. A phenomenal rarity, Burmese rubies are among the most coveted and elusive gems in the world. Due to a history of embargoes on these gems, most of the Burmese rubies in circulation today were mined decades ago, making the gems a rare find with dramatically increased value. The red gemstone is joined by two diamonds totaling 1.15 carats, each also certified by the Gemological Institute of America as displaying SI1 clarity. The jewels are set in classic platinum.
