Created by the renowned Nicole Frères of Geneva, this “triple signed” cylinder music box features the firm's mark on the song card, mechanism, and comb. Encased in finely inlaid rosewood, the 4-air mechanism features a cylinder with very close-set teeth, an advancement which greatly increases the quality and complexity of the music. Nicole Frères cylinder music boxes are considered among the finest ever made, and this example is no exception.
