Duke Fulco di Verdura began his career in 1920s Paris, designing iconic jewelry like the Maltese Cross Cuffs for Coco Chanel. He moved to the US in 1934, where Hollywood stars like Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich donned his signature designs. He officially opened his jewelry flagship on Fifth Avenue in 1939, becoming a favorite among New York's elite during WWII.
