Jefferson Parish students win Rau for Art contest scholarships
Students from Riverdale High School and Fisher High School in Jefferson Parish swept the top three places in the 2019 Rau for Art scholarship competition. The winners are:
- Kathy Nguyen, of Riverdale High School, first place and $7,500 for “And a Little Child Shall Lead Them”
- Skylar Fazende, of Fisher High School, second place and $3,000 for “Growth”
- Helen Hoang, of Riverdale High School, third place and $1,500 for “What a Wonderful World.”
