The brass bottle slide at its center is equipped to hold two decanters, and it can be easily moved around the interior curve of the table for serving. The table also features a brass rail that, when hung with a curtain, can serve as either a fire screen or to protect the wall in the case of spills or splashes. If it is used outdoors during a hunt, these bars can be removed to allow a member of the hunt staff to serve the hunters before or after the hunt. Finally, the table can also function as a serving table, as it includes a center leaf that can be installed to create a demi-lune surface.
