This highly sought-after Patek Philippe timepiece presents the celebrated in-line perpetual calendar in a sophisticated platinum case. Introduced in 2021, it was the first Patek Philippe wristwatch to feature this distinctive calendar display, with four discs arranged on a single plane to present the day, date and month in one continuous horizontal aperture below 12 o’clock. The vertically satin-brushed blue dial darkens toward its black-gradient rim and is accented by faceted white gold baton-style hands and applied hour markers. At 6 o’clock, a subsidiary dial combines the moon phase with running seconds, while apertures at 4 and 8 o’clock indicate the leap-year cycle and day/night, respectively. An exhibition caseback reveals the exceptional self-winding movement within.

As one of the world’s most celebrated watchmakers, Patek Philippe has long been renowned for its mastery of complicated timepieces. The manufacture developed the self-winding Caliber 31-260 PS QL specifically for this innovative in-line perpetual calendar, for which three patent applications were filed. Its four-disc system required 118 additional components and allows the day, date and month to be displayed clearly on a single line. The movement measures just 5.8 mm thick and incorporates a platinum off-center minirotor, allowing this sophisticated mechanism to fit within the 41.3mm platinum case. The now-discontinued watch is complete with its black leather strap and accompanied by its official paperwork and manufacturer's box.
