Of bulbous form, the urn is meticulously adorned with repousse floral sprays and intricate stippled fields. Four cartouche medallions encircle its body, each framed by acanthus scrollwork. Delicate floral and foliate details embellish the two applied handles, while the high-domed lid, topped with a chased flowerhead finial, mirrors the foliate decor of the urn.
The cylindrical spigot, with its ebonized handle, is flanked by silver-plated scrolling elements, balancing the urn’s harmonious design.
