Becker, Gustav

2 minute read

Gustav Becker trained in both Austria and Germany, opening his first workshop in 1850 in Frieberg, Germany. His decorative clocks were originally weight-driven regulator wall clocks, but after receiving such tremendous successes, his designs became elaborate, grand masterpieces of the horologist’s art form.
